The central hub for your imaging: every device is connected once – every change after that is made in one place instead of at each modality.

In large hospitals, dozens of modalities communicate with PACS, archives and other systems. Each device knows a whole list of destinations.
If, for example, an IP address changes, every device connected to that destination has to be adjusted individually. During a network migration, this quickly becomes a major project.
With IMConnect, each device sends to just one destination – the DICOM router. From there, data is distributed to every destination that needs it. If a destination changes, it is updated once, centrally; the devices notice nothing.
Your benefit
Instead of several send destinations per device, there is just one. New destinations, IP changes or renamings are handled centrally – without touching the modalities.
Rules decide, based on the DICOM data, what goes where. Data is adjusted on the way: only the subset needed, renamed attributes, correct accented characters even for older devices.
Every transfer is logged and can be evaluated. If something fails, you see where and why – patient names are not recorded by default.
FAQ
Once: each device sends to IMConnect instead of its previous destinations. After that, all changes are made centrally.
IMConnect rewrites the data on the way – such as labels or character sets – so that the receiving system can handle it.
Yes. A study can go to PACS, archive and other systems at the same time – each receives exactly the data it needs.
